In this holiday season, my Week 52 was so busy and happy. Lots of family activities.
I was busy with my projects on Christmas Eve and I didn’t even have time to complete my journal for that day before Christmas. My boy brightened my day with his Lego creations – the Peashooter from one of my favorite game “Plants vs Zombies” and a Lady Bug. I love his works so much.
I use iPhone to take photos and record those lovely moments.
I like to draw.
I use PILOT Color ENO mechanic pencil (0.7) to do coloring.
Sometime I will stick the movie tickets in my daily journal too. I went to watch “Walking with Dinosaurs” with my son Haohao on 27 Dec. This movie is highly not recommended. LOL. I felt so bored when watching it. Luckily Haohao said he is ok with this movie.
Another interesting/brave thing my kids and husband did (not me, because I didn’t dare to) was eat the Deep Fried Grasshoppers! Yes, Grasshopper. My maid is from Indonesia, and Deep Fried Grasshoppers is one of their common dishes. Plus recently, we’ve watched a lot of Discovery Channel Programs that said Bugs are human’s Future Foods. So my kids are encouraged to catch grasshoppers together with daddy and eat them! Believe it or not, my kids said they tasted just like deep fried prawns.
